About Us - OUR TEAM LUTZ - Therese Cullen Seal-Owner
Hi, my name is Therese Cullen Seal. I am the founder of Seal Swim School. I love BIG families, celebrations, sailing, travel and food!
I have 5 children (my three daughters work with Seal Swim School, one son is a police officer and one son works for Home Depot), 11 grandchildren, 4 brothers, 2 sisters and 28 nieces and nephews! I celebrate the grandchildren’s birthdays by taking them somewhere special; this year we swam with dolphins.
I developed my love of the water while growing up in Wall Springs, Florida, where I swam competitively, lifeguarded and gave my first swim lesson at the age of nine. Wall Springs is 3 miles south of Tarpon Springs and recently had its grand opening as a Pinellas County park. I sail competitively with the Windlasses in Dunedin and this is especially entertaining because I compete with my sister, Anne, who is also my best friend.
I enjoy traveling both in the states and abroad. Each country is as beautiful as the next; however, my favorites have been Australia, Denmark and Germany.
