Hello! Welcome to Seal Swim School. My name is Shannon Seal. I am the Owner of the Tarpon Springs / North Pinellas location. The love of my life is Ansley, my nine-year-old daughter. In another 8 years look for her in the Olympic Games (for swimming of course!).
I have a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University Of South Florida in Communications with a focus on Public Speaking and Media. My certifications are as follows: Water Safety Instructor, Water Safety Instructor Trainer, Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid, High School Athletic Coaches Certification, and Infant/Toddler specialist from the United States Swim School Association.
I have a passion for swimming and I love children. This combination makes Seal Swim School the perfect job for me! I have always been an athlete; I love all water sports especially knee and wakeboarding.
The wonderful thing about Seal Swim School is that this is a family business. I love working so closely with my mother and sisters, and I know your own family will have a positively enjoyable experience with Seal Swim School! Andrew Carnegie said,” People rarely succeed unless they have fun in what they are doing.” And I firmly believe that is true.
